Genuine U-Line parts wherever they can still be had. Where something for an older model has left production, you should be told so and offered the alternative openly rather than finding out later. Ask for the part number on your invoice; any company that hesitates over that request is telling you something.
Find this before you phone anybody
The model number. On U-Line it hides on the door frame, behind the kick plate, along a drawer runner or on the rear panel, depending on what you own. Photograph the plate if the print has gone. With that number, whoever you call can load the right parts before setting off, and you are far more likely to have this dealt with in one visit rather than two.
