Find this before you phone anybody
The model number. On Viking it hides on the door frame, behind the kick plate, along a drawer runner or on the rear panel, depending on what you own. Photograph the plate if the print has gone. With that number, whoever you call can load the right parts before setting off, and you are far more likely to have this dealt with in one visit rather than two.
