What the job actually is
In-home appliance repair across Walnut Creek and the East Bay. You are given a route out of one of our two city locations, a stocked van and an arrival window, and you are trusted to diagnose the appliance properly rather than to get through as many calls as possible.
What we look for
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
- Comfort working in a customer’s home, explaining a problem in plain English.
- Willingness to say a repair is not worth doing when it is not.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude. Manufacturer certification helps, and we will put you through it if you do not have it yet.
How the process runs
Send the form and we read it. If the role fits, someone calls you within a few working days for a short conversation, then a longer one in person. We do not leave applications unanswered.
